Offset printing is top-quality ink printing and is considered archival. Laser printing uses toner, not ink, and is very handsome, however is not considered archival. |
| Binding | $75/cloth; $120 leather | Books are hand bound using archival quality materials. |
| Misc. | If applicable, other expenses may include historical research, custom cover art, or reimbursement for travel. |
